Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 2025
At Right Raasta, we understand that life can be unpredictable. While our sessions are structured to offer flexibility and thoughtfulness, we also maintain certain boundaries to protect the time and intent of both parties.
This document outlines our policy for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
- Session Booking & Payment
- All sessions and packages must be paid for in advance at the time of booking.
- A confirmed session means a dedicated time slot has been reserved exclusively for you.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling
We allow free rescheduling if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
To reschedule:
- Email us at hello@rightraasta.in or message us via your original booking channel (e.g. WhatsApp or form).
- We’ll help you find a new slot based on availability within your package timeline.
Late cancellations or no-shows (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be considered as a completed session and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once a session or package has been confirmed. This includes:
- DipToe (Single 30-minute session)
- Friend Package (2 sessions in a week)
- Buddy Package (5 sessions in a month)
- Brother Package (10 sessions in 3 months)
- Add-on sessions under Buddy or Brother Packages
This policy exists to:
- Maintain the integrity of time commitments
- Ensure fairness and availability for all clients
- Recognize that each booking blocks a limited slot of conversation time
- Session Validity & Expiry
All sessions must be completed within the timeframe specified by the package:
- Friend Package: Within 7 calendar days of the first session
- Buddy Package: Within 30 calendar days
- Brother Package: Within 90 calendar days
- Add-on sessions must also be used within the validity period of the original package
Unused sessions will not be refunded or carried forward after the validity period ends.
- If We Cancel
In rare cases, if Right Raasta is unable to conduct a scheduled session (due to illness, unforeseen emergencies, etc.), we will:
- Inform you as early as possible
- Offer to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time
- Or issue a refund only if we are unable to reschedule
